Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be a happy customer. So we’ve tried to make returns and exchanges as easy and convenient as possible.

Process

There are two ways to return/exchange your Book Trader purchase.

  • Bring the items back to the store with receipt, and we’ll go from there. Easy.

  • Print the form below, fill it out, and ship your items to us, with receipt. Convenient.

Policy

You can return spiritwear, souvenirs, and backpacks for a full refund or exchange within 6 months of purchase, as long as the items are in NEW condition and you have the original store receipt.

You can return books in original condition for a 100% refund during the first week of the semester and a 90% refund during the second week. We can’t accept book returns after that time. During intercession, full refunds are given for the first three days of the term.
